Jörg has been Managing Director at Scheidt & Bachmann since 2011 and has driven the transformation into cloud-based solutions and new ways of working, expanding the S&B market leadership and becoming leader in innovation in the payment industry. He has been in the fuel retail industry for more than 25 years as an entrepreneur. Starting his career at International Management Consultancy, Roland Berger & Partners, as well as a Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble with working experience in Asia and US. He has a diploma in engineering at the Technical University of Munich and has studied in Spain and the UK. 

Lise-Lotte Nordholm serves as the vice president of the dispenser engineering and new product   development business segment of Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS). In her role, she leads the strategy and vision for developing new and innovative products and solutions for DFS’s best-in-class line of dispenser offerings around the world.   Lise-Lotte has over a decade of experience within the industry. Her background in marketing,   product management and project management also served as a core asset for her management   and leadership roles in GE Oil & Gas and Wayne Fueling Systems. Lise-Lotte holds a master’s degree in international marketing and a bachelor’s degree in marketing and media studies from London South Bank University. She is based in the DFS Malmo, Sweden location. 

Hugo is a Product Management Executive with 12 years of experience. Fully engaged in the future of mobility, he is exploring the possibilities that arise from the combination of Mobility as a Service (MaaS), autonomy, and electrification (batteries and/or hydrogen) with tokenized economies/blockchain and decentralized energy systems/infrastructure. As Petrotec’s CPO and Hellonext Managing Director, he is responsible for driving the economic success of business through the advancement of the product portfolio, ensuring its alignment with the company’s vision and the needed resources for its execution. 

Roland Gaensler currently serves as the Global Category Manager for Mobility Network in Shell. His role involves the procurement of all asset-related goods and services for Shell’s Mobility sites around the world. He has over two decades of experience in procurement for the energy industry and has served in a variety of roles in Shell. Roland holds a master’s degree in International Business Administration from the University of Vienna. He lives in Vienna, Austria.

Simon has worked with global majors and independent operators in mature, developing or emergent markets, with a focus on retail fuel price optimisation, predictive data analytics and location intelligence. 

Martynas is a Digital Product Director at Circle K Europe, leading the retail fuel digitalization journey and bringing the new future technology into a very classic business. With over 15 years of experience in the energy business, his main goal is to drive retail fuel digitalization and move towards a more frictionless, omnichannel customer experience, providing a connection between physical and digital products.
Over the last almost 2 years in 4 markets Martynas launched Pay By Plate technology used for fuel purchases, which won the NACS Europeans Convenience Retail Technology Award in 2021.
Martynas holds an Executive MBA from Warwick University, UK and currently is based in Copenhagen, Denmark. 

Roger Hertzenberg has been working in the fuel and retail business holding a wide spectre of positions over the past three decades. His career started at the local petrol station and after obtaining his degree in business administration continued in Statoil Fuel and Retail as a consultant. Since moving to the Norwegian company Hydro Texaco in 1998 he has held several positions - as controller, regional manager and manager of sales.
From 2010 Roger was leading the procurement, property and construction department, and he was in charge of the world record breaking concept of building a complete petrol station set-up in 110 hours and 24 minutes completed in 2015.
From the end of 2015 Roger has contributed to the introduction of Hydrogen as a green solution for the transport sector in Norway. Uno-X opened their first retail site for renewable solar power hydrogen production in November 2016. Now working with sustainable business development in Uno-X.
Roger is a Norwegian based in the capitol city of Oslo.
